Something amiss with your purchase? Please contact us at  We'll be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you. But please be patient ... we are a Mom & Pop store with only two of us to handle all aspects from design to advertising to dealing with vendors to finding exciting new products to customer service ... whew! And that is on top of running a physical store open 7 days a week! We promise, we will do all we can to help you! In the meantime, please read below for answers to many of your questions.

Important note:
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.  Please use Size Charts and your personal measurements to determine what size to order (or measure your most comfortable shirt). There are no standard sizes in women's garments. Ordering by measurement rather than your "regular size" will give you the best fit.

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have at most than 24 hours to contact us and request order modifications or a cancellation. However, many orders are placed into production within a very short time - often even shipped the same day - and can no longer be modified.

*Please note that sometimes orders are processed much faster, and if your order is already in production, we cannot proceed with the cancellation or any modification, even if your request is made within the 24 hour period after your order was placed.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Crafter4Life, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. We work with highly-rated printing partners who take pride in their work. However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product ... after all, they are human, too! Thankfully it doesn't happen often. But if it does happen, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order on the affected item(s).

All we need is your name, email address used for ordering, and the order number along with a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at and we will get a reprint ordered for you right away!

Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for jewelry, mugs or shirts and 45 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, hooded blankets, hoodie dress, car seat covers, luggage covers or bags after having ordered, contact us at for assistance.

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Please make sure that:
The product was received in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
